Oakley partners with MXGP

FAENZA (Italy) 8 September 2020 – Infront Moto Racing is proud to announce a new partnership between MXGP and Oakley®, a leader in sport performance and optical innovation. Oakley will become an MXGP Global Supplier, providing eyewear for all MXGP staff during the 2020 racing season.

As part of the partnership, Oakley will be providing staff with a range of eyewear focused on protection – from the iconic Frogskins® that merge style with comfort to the M Frame 3.0 built with extended coverage that will be used for protection on the track.

Established in 1975 and headquartered in Southern California, Oakley is one of the leading product design and sport performance brands in the world. Oakley is a culture of creators, inventors, idealists and scientists obsessed with using design and innovation to create products and experiences that inspire greatness. This philosophy has made Oakley one of the most iconic and inimitable brands on the market, with products that world-class athletes around the globe depend on to compete at the highest level possible.

Proving the partnership a natural fit, MXGP and MX2 riders who already sport Oakley goggles, include the 4-time World Champion Jeffrey Herlings, Monster Energy Yamaha Factory rider Ben Watson, Team Honda SR rider Jeremy Van Horebeek or very young promising stars like Liam Everts, among others, who constantly put Oakley out in front of the field.

After a five-month break, the series has returned giving further reason to celebrate this new collaboration. At select MXGP events, including the MXGP of Latvia, MXGP of Italy, MXGP of Spain and Monster Energy MXGP of Flanders, fans will be able to join in the celebration as Oakley banners will be hung across the circuit of the MXGP track.
