F&H KAWASAKI MX2 RACING TEAM REVEALS ITS NEW LINE-UP

The F&H Kawasaki MX2 Racing Team has revealed its new line up before the opening race of the season in Argentina. The team has had a good off season and is ready to perform in 2023. Kevin Horgmo finished fourth in the world championship MX2 in 2022 and is eager to improve on this result this year. Alongside him is the talented Spaniard David Braceras who moves up from the EMX250 Championship to the MX2 class.

The Grand Prix of Argentina will be held Villa La Angostura, one of the best tracks on the MXGP calendar. Both riders are eager to compete and, for David, it’s the first time that he will race an overseas Grand Prix so for him it will be a great experience.

Kevin Horgmo commented: ‘’The winter preparation went really well. I have enjoyed my time on the bike and we have improved a lot. The pre-season race didn’t really show that but I think that’s what these races are for and I have learnt a lot. Compared to last year I would like to be more consistent and don’t have any silly crashes. I was in a good position many times and let the result slip away. My mission is to improve and be even faster. All the hard work from the winter will pay off during the season. I’m looking forward to Argentina.’’

David Braceras commented: ‘’We did a lot of good training on proper tracks during the winter and I started to feel comfortable on the bike. We have done a lot of work with the bike and the suspension and other aspects are going really well. My goals for the first race in Argentina are see where I am and improve on that in the following races. I’m really enthusiastic to go to Argentina as the people there are also speaking Spanish. The track looks also really nice and I think I will adapt well to the type of sand of the track. It’s really fast and I think it will be a good track for me.’’

Nathalie Fase, Meam Manager added: ‘’F&H Kawasaki MX2 Racing Team will line up this season with two young, strong talented riders in the FIM Motocross MX2 World Championship. Kevin Horgmo who finished fourth in the world championship with us last season looks stronger than ever after a perfect winter preparation and is ready to go for it.  Our new Spanish talented member of the team David Braceras has recovered well from a minor injury earlier this winter period and we are confident that everything will work out with him step by step during the season.

The composition of the team has changed slightly, a lot of familiar faces known for years already in the paddock, but also some new additions have made their entrance within the team which is refreshing! I myself recently became the mother of a sweet little boy, so I will have to coordinate the first races from home, Obviously, that is new to experience, but good preparation is half the work and my partner together with our crew is fortunately taking over many of my tasks on site.

We look back on a good season last year and together with all our sponsors and Kawasaki we are ready to take it even further. The complete F&H Kawasaki MX2 Racing Team is motivated to start the season in a positive way and build from there. Let the good times roll!”

MXGP Kick-Starts the Season in Patagonia-Argentina this Weekend

VILLA LA ANGOSTURA (Patagonia-Argentina) 08 March 2023 – The 2023 FIM Motocross World Championship is here and ready to start this weekend in Villa La Angostura for the start of what is going to be a thrilling season.

The resort town of Villa La Angostura on Nahuel Huapi Lake is already buzzing for the MXGP season opener. The MXGP of Patagonia-Argentina is one of the top favourites on the racing calendar as it is well known for its scenic landscape at the foot of the Andes, the beautiful forests and lakes and the welcoming people that characterise the Neuquen province.

The MXGP of Patagonia-Argentina first made its appearance on the MXGP calendar back in 2015 and the beautiful dark soil track of Villa La Angostura will be hosting MXGP and the fastest riders in the world for the 7th time!

There have been many changes that have taken place in the off-season with riders moving teams and teams changing manufacturers which will make the opening round even more thrilling as we get to watch everyone lining up in their new colours!

After missing 2022, all eyes will be on the long-awaited return of Red Bull KTM Factory Racing’s Jeffrey Herlings to see if he can comeback at the top of the Championship. The Dutchman will be determined to win in 2023 to reach the incredible total of 6 World Title and write his name forever more in the legend of motocross and join in third on the all-time list, the Belgian legend Joel Roberts. The bullet will be expected to gain crucial points this weekend to get off to a good start. He will also be able to count on the experience of KTM’s new Team Manager Tony Cairoli, to help him on his quest to lift a 6th Motocross World Championship.

Following a dominant display in 2022, defending MXGP World Champion Tim Gajser will unfortunately be missing from the starting line-up as he is in recovery and out at least for the beginning of the season due to the injury he picked up in pre-season. However, Team HRC can count on his new teammate Ruben Fernandez to represent the team as he’s ready to battle for the high-end of the table after 2 podiums last year and a promising overall 8th place on his first full season in the MXGP class.

The list of contenders for the podium this weekend is not short of extremely talented riders and we can expect RedBull GasGas Factory’s Jorge Prado to be one of them. Year on year the Spaniard is improving and he showed that last year finishing 3rd in the Championship standings and closing an impressive campaign. It will be interesting to see if Prado, famous for his fast starts (16 Fox Holeshot in 2022), can maintain that advantage this season and add more GP wins to his name, starting in Argentina this weekend where he already won in MX2 in 2019. Joining the Spaniard is Mattia Guadagnini, who is ready to start his first full MXGP season after competing in the last 10 rounds last year and gathering significant experience in the top category.

Another team that is bound to be very strong again and make an assault on the Championships will be Monster Energy Yamaha Factory MXGP who enters in 2023 with the same line-up as last season.

Jeremy Seewer on the back of a remarkable season again and finishing 2nd behind Tim Gajser. The Swiss is one of the most consistent riders over the last 5 years since stepping up from MX2 but is still waiting to clinch the mighty title. Being a 5-time Vice Motocross World Champion, and after good results in pre-season Seewer has all the experience required to clinch his first podium of the season.

There’s also Maxime Renaux who has proved in his Rookie season that he was very competitive with 1 GP win in Spain, and finishing the season just outside the Podium. Having won one race last year in Argentina, Renaux showed that he is more than comfortable on these tracks.

Glenn Coldenhoff showed last year with 1 GP win and a strong 2nd half of the season that he is a force to reckon with for 2023. With strong results in the pre-season he arrives in Argentina with lots of confidence and will be fighting for a spot on the podium.

Another contender for the podium this week will be Kawasaki Racing Team’s Romain Febvre who is back to his best after having missed most of the 2022 season due to injury but showed quality in the last GPs of the campaign. His good form has continued during pre-season and the 2015 MXGP World Champion has shown time and again how fast he can be, which makes him a serious candidate to the podium this weekend.

On the back of a 10th place in the Championship last season, Mitch Evans has switched to Kawasaki Racing Team and will be Romain Febvre new teammate. The Australian is excited to work with Antti Pyrhönen and show his talents on a Kawasaki KX450-SR.

We can also count on Standing Construct Honda to fight for a spot on the podium this weekend as the team kept its experienced and consistent line-up with Brian Bogers and Pauls Jonass. The two men showed great display throughout the 2022 season. Bogers with a GP win in Flanders and an overall 6th place in the Championship is consistently improving.

Jonass, 9th in the overall standing in 2022, comes to Argentina, with the advantage to have already won here in 2018 in MX2 and has also been regularly in the top 10s last season.

Calvin Vlaanderen, who extended his contract with Gebben Van Venrooy Yamaha is one to watch after winning the MXGP of Sardinia and getting 2 podiums in 2022. He will enter into his 4th season in MXGP with the aim to build on his last year’s performance and win even more GPs and continue to perform at the highest level.

Alberto Forato will try to improve and build up on his 11th place in 2022 as he stays with SM Action Racing. Although it is interesting to note that SM Action Racing will now switch to a KTM machinery.

Meanwhile, Ben Watson will join Alessandro Lupino to race under the all-Italian MRT Racing Team BETA. The pair will work together to develop a strong motocross bike for the brand.

This season with JM Honda Racing is Brent van Doninck who has improved all throughout last season to get 4 top 10s in the last 8 races with an overall 15th place in the Championship. He will hope to build on these results to get an even stronger season in 2023.

The Swiss Valentin Guillod has signed for Team Ship To Cycle Honda Motoblouz SR and will now be competing on Honda machinery with his new teammate Rookie Stephen Rubini who stepped up from the MX2 class on the back of a 9th place in the Championship.

The Swedish team JWR Honda Racing will present two new riders in a completely new line-up with the experienced Swedish rider Alvin Ostlund and Hardi Roosiorg. Both riders will hop on the Honda CRF450R with the objective to deliver strong performances in 2023.

De Baets Yamaha Mx-Team has signed Benoit Paturel who wants to start fresh in 2023, after having struggled with injuries in 2022 and competing in 10 rounds. Making the switch from a Honda to a Yamaha livery, the Frenchman is motivated for a healthy and competitive 2023 campaign.

Finally, Kevin Brumann will take part for the first time in the entire MXGP season with JK Racing, after having taken his marks on the last 4 GPs last season. The young Swiss rider, on board of the brand new YZ450F will want to prove he can compete at the top level.

2022 MXGP of Patagonia-Argentina – MXGP top 3:

  1. Tim Gajser
  2. Maxime Renaux
  3. Jorge Prado

While the competitiveness will be high in MXGP, the MX2 class promised to be just as much challenging.

Monster Energy Yamaha Factory MX2’s Jago Geert finished for the third time in a row Vice Motocross World Champion in MX2 last year, in one of the tightest seasons we have ever seen. Ending on the last race of the last round of the season in a “winner takes it all” scenario. The Belgian has now all the tools to be again one of the biggest favourites in MX2 and finally put his hands on a crown that has escaped him so far. Of course, he is a huge contender for a podium this weekend in Argentina.

The other big podium threats this season will be Simon Laengenfelder, the only MX2 rider of Red Bull Gasgas Factory Racing. He seems to be ready to put on a tough challenge on Geerts after winning one GP last year and displaying an excellent season to finish 3rd in the overall standing.

Along with Geerts, Monster Energy Yamaha Factory will present a very strong line-up that will be pushing week in week out for a place on the podium with Thibault Benistant and EMX250 European Champion Rick Elzinga. Benistant will be one to watch as he will enter his third full MX2 season, having finished 5th in the Championship, with a GP win in Germany. Except Vialle and Geerts, the Frenchman along with Laengenfelder were the only other GP winners in 2022 which shows his capacities to be on the top march of the podium in Argentina.

Elzinga on the other hand is stepping up to MX2 as a European Champion with 4 GP wins under his belt in that category in 2022. The strong rider may compensate his lack of experience at this level with his youthful drive to perform straight away. The MXGP of Argentina might just be the opportunity for the young Dutchman to put on the show on his first MX2 GP.

The other rider that may challenge the big favourites is Kevin Horgmo. Although the F&H Kawasaki Racing rider experienced only one podium last season, his incredible consistency in the top 10s throughout the campaign shows his talents. Just outside the overall podium, the young Danish rider will definitely race to win this season and might well start in Argentina.

David Braceras will also make his debut in MX2 with his new team F&H Kawasaki Racing. A strong performer throughout the last EMX250 season, it will be interesting to see how high he can perform under an experienced team.

Defending World Champion team Red Bull KTM Factory Racing enters into 2023 with three new riders. On the back of a promising 10th place in the Championship, Liam Everts, who moved to Red Bull KTM Factory Racing, will be riding the powerful KTM 250 SX-F which is the machine with the most titles in MX2, the last one was Tom Vialle in 2022. The Belgian wishes to continue the Everts legacy and challenges the top of the leaderboard.

Red Bull KTM can also count on Andrea Adamo who made the move from GasGas and who has been one the brightest star of the 2022 MX2 season. The third rider is Sacha Coenen that will be the real Rookie of the team, after stepping up from EMX250. Together and after a winter preparation that allowed them to feel comfortable on their new livery, Everts, Adamo and Coenen will be expected to be pushing for the top, starting this weekend.

This could be a year where Nestaan Husqvarna Factory Racing upset the hierarchy with promising riders like Kay De Wolf and Roan van de Moosdijk, both having stored much needed experience through their couple of MX2 season and reaching many podiums. There is also the rookie Lucas Coenen (twin brother of Sacha) who is new to the team and stepping up from EMX250. Lucas Coenen had a strong pre-season preparation showing his motivation to enter the MX2 category.

Another one to be reminded is Mikkel Haarup from Big Van World MTX Kawasaki. The Danish rider proved that he likes the circuit of Villa La Angostura as he finished 3rd last season in Patagonia-Argentina. He eventually ended at the 7th place in the Championship and will be one of the threat to podium finishes.

In contention for the top spots will also be Tem JP253 Ktm Racing Team Jan Pancar who showed good flash of his potential last season and has made the switch to a KTM machinery for the upcoming season.

Finally, another one to look for this season is Camden McLellan who signed for JM Honda Racing after a great and consistent display last season in EMX250. He is coming off a successful pre-season which places him as a potential challenger for podium finishes in 2023 and particularly in Argentina this weekend for his first MX2 overseas racing.

Tom Guyon with Fantic Factory Maddii is a rider who showed his talent on his rookie season in 2022. The Frenchman showed that he is a rider that will gain to get a full MX2 season after finishing at the 15th place overall despite missing the start of the season through injuries.

Record Number of Riders to Race Yamaha YZ bLU cRU FIM Europe Cup in 2023

The popularity of the Yamaha Motor Europe YZ bLU cRU FIM Europe Cup continues to grow apace, with a record number of young riders registered to take part in the unique pan-European race series in 2023. The riders, aged 8-16 years, will all compete for a place on the start gate at the YZ bLU cRU FIM Europe Cup SuperFinale, which will run alongside the Monster Energy Motocross of Nations at Ernée, France over the weekend of 6-8 October 2023.

Since its inception in 2015, the Yamaha YZ bLU cRU FIM Europe Cup has attracted the best young riders from around Europe. This year the number of riders registered to contest the series has increased by more than 40% compared to 2022, with 536 youngsters from 28 countries set to compete on Yamaha YZ65, YZ85 and YZ125 machinery in 2023.

The top 120 riders from the various countries will secure a place on the start gate at the YZ bLU cRU FIM Europe Cup SuperFinale and the chance to race alongside the stars of MXGP at the prestigious Monster Energy Motocross of Nations.

The podium finishers, plus two wild cards and the top two female racers in each class will receive an invitation to the Yamaha bLU cRU Masterclass, where they will receive coaching over two days from an experienced team that includes Yamaha Factory MX riders past and present.

The riders will also be assessed over the course of the two days, with one rider from each class selected to receive support from Yamaha for the following season. For the YZ125 rider selected, this support will comprise a fully funded ride in the EMX125 Championship.

The importance of the Yamaha bLU cRU program in ensuring that racing remains accessible to the next generation of young riders was recognised in 2022 with the presentation of the prestigious FIM Award for the Future to Yamaha Motor Europe President and CEO, Eric de Seynes, during the end of season FIM Awards Ceremony in Rimini, Italy.

Paolo Pavesio, Marketing and Motorsport Director, Yamaha Motor Europe: “We are immensely proud of our bLU cRU program, which continues to live up to its goal of supporting the next racing generation. This year we will have more than 500 young riders racing under the bLU cRU banner at national level, a significant increase on previous seasons, and made possible only with the support of our European Distributors. However, the scope of the bLU cRU program extends further, providing a progression path from grass roots racing to the very pinnacle of the sport, all within the Yamaha racing family. While this will be a path followed only by the few, every single one of our bLU cRU riders will take away with them memories that will last a lifetime, and that is important also. I wish everyone of our young racers success this season, and I look forward to meeting some of them in person at the YZ SuperFinale in October.”

History of Argentina – Winners

Motocross Grand Prix and the country of Argentina have created a very strong relationship over the last decade, with the MXGP Championship returning there in 2015 and running nearly every year since then, apart for those tough years of Covid in 2020 and 2021.

While the last six visits to Argentina have really surprised and excited the MXGP paddock, it was way back in 1985 that the first ever Grand Prix was held in the country. Finnish rider Pekka Vehkonen won the 125cc Grand Prix at the Salta circuit and a year later it was Dutchman Dave Strijbos who stood on top of the podium in Argentina.

In 1987 American Rodney Smith won the 250cc Grand Prix of Argentina, held at the Salta track. Smith went 1-1 to lead on Jorgen Nilsson and Rob Herring. A year later, little known Giuseppe Andreani also won on Argentine soil, also at the Salta circuit. It was the last of four Grand Prix wins for the Italian, a rider who was a regular top ten guy in his career and took out that victory in Argentina with 4-1 results in the 250cc GP, beating better-known riders Vehkonen and American Ricky Ryan. That win in Argentina was something of a surprise as the aging Andreani was edging close to the end of his career and actually finished 12th in the Motocross World Championship in 1988.

In 1989 another American stood on top of the podium as Trampas Park won at the Cosquin circuit, taking 3-1 results to finish ahead of countryman Mike Healey and Italian Alessandro Puzar. Parker also went on to win the 125cc Motocross World Championship in that 1989 season.

The Grand Prix series didn’t return to Argentina for a handful of years, but in 1994, yet another American won there with Bobby Moore finishing with the victory in the 125cc Grand Prix. Moore went 1-2 to lead home his compatriotBader Manneh with 3-1 and future 125cc World Champion Alessio Chiodi, who scored 2-3 scores.

Chiodi set to become a three-time Motocross World Champion a few years later, was becoming hard to beat and in 1995, again at the Cosquin track, the Italian finished first with 1-4 scores. Second on that day was American Jimmy Button and third Frenchman Mickael Maschio (another future World Champion).

As we all know, the Motocross World Championships didn’t return to Argentina for 20 years and in 2015 German rider Max Nagl took the victory from Clement Desalle and Antonio Cairoli. Nagl was on fire in 2015 and finished with 3-1 results, while Desalle came home with 1-3 and Cairoli 2-2. A handful of races later and all three riders were out of championship running with injuries.

In another surprising win, Dylan Ferrandis won the MX2 GP in 2015, beating Pauls Jonass and Jeremy Seewer, two riders from the current list of elite MXGP riders. It was Tim Gajser, who finished in fifth place in this race that would go on to win the MX2 World Championship and his relationship with Argentina would grow as the years went on.

Gajser sure enough won in Argentina a year later, scoring 3-1 and beating Cairoli and Nagl, who joined him on the podium. In the MX2 class that year, Jeffrey Herlings added his name to the winners list in Argentina, scoring 1-1 toclean up Seewer and Russian rider Aleksandr Tonkov.

Gajser showed his liking for the Patagonian track with another win, but this time 1-1 in the MXGP class, behind him came Jeremy Van Horebeek and Evgeny Bobryshev. In the MX2 class Jonass won in front of Jorge Prado and Seewer.

In 2018, Herlings now in the MXGP class, won a classic battle against Cairoli, Herlings scoring 2-1 results and Cairoli 1-2, in third was Desalle with 3-3 scores. In the MX2 Jonass won again, ahead of Thomas Olsen and Hunter Lawrence.

A year later Cairoli took his first win in Argentina, finishing with a perfect 1-1 ahead of Gajser with 2-2 and Van Horebeek 6-3 scores. MX2 saw the arrival of Prado as a winner on the magnificent Patagonian circuit, he scored 1-1 to lead home Thomas Olsen and Mitch Evans.

As mentioned, 2020 and 2021 we missed travelling to Argentina as COVID 19 rocked the World, but we did return last year with huge reception from the large spectator turnout. Gajser won again with 2-1 with Maxime Renaux and Prado behind him. In the MX2 it was Frenchman Tom Vialle who won from Jago Geerts and Mikkel Haarup.

Now we return again to Argentina and as always, the MXGP paddock and the enthusiastic locals will celebrate this strong bond between MXGP and Argentina. Bring on round one of the 2023 MXGP and MX2 Championships.

David Luongo – Infront Moto Racing CEO: “In the continuity of 2022 season, Infront Moto Racing is really happy and proud to support and collaborate with KTM AG for the promotion of the European Junior e-Motocross series for five rounds. It is a fantastic platform for the kids to get a first touch and feeling with motocross. The races are taking place on the same weekend that MXGP and this is a fantastic feeling for the riders. They race in front of thousands of fans and they will keep for sure unforgettable memories. We really look forward to the new 2023 season”

Federico Valentini – Vice President Global Motorcycle Marketing: "The European Junior e-Motocross Series is really important as the world continues to head towards an electric-powered future and the series shows just what is possible regarding offroad e-mobility. The series also helps nurture future stars, as they learn from such a young age about racing, working with the media, and presenting themselves off track in a professional way. We’re 100% committed to both racing and our e-mobility research and development, I have no doubt that the 2023 European Junior e-Motocross Series will once again be a huge success and I can’t wait for round one in Spain.”

RED BULL GASGAS FACTORY RACING EXCITED TO CONTEND FOR WINS IN 2023 MXGP SEASON

JORGE PRADO, MATTIA GUADAGNINI AND SIMON LÄNGENFELDER FOCUSED ON SUCCESS THIS SEASON.

The Red Bull GASGAS Factory Racing trio will enter the 2023 FIM Motocross World Championship with lofty expectations, after a rather productive off-season. Jorge Prado, Mattia Guadagnini and Simon Längenfelder have built on the positive results that were gained last year and are chomping at the bit at the prospect of achieving so much more when the new season fires into life.

- Jorge Prado excited about progress made in the off-season.

- Mattia Guadagnini keen to show potential on the MC 450F.

- Simon Längenfelder focused on fight for the 2023 MX2 title.

Jorge Prado had a positive start to his career as a GASGAS athlete, as he took the bronze medal in the 2022 FIM Motocross World Championship and won a Grand Prix on the MC 450F. '61' wants so much more than that though and has made many steps forward in the wintertime to ensure that he is ready to contend for the premier class title. Prado is rejuvenated and keen to start his bid for the crown when the nineteen-race campaign fires into life in Patagonia-Argentina on March 12.

Joining Prado in the premier class is Mattia Guadagnini, who will aim to make a splash in his first full season aboard an MC 450F. Guadagnini obtained valuable knowledge in the ten rounds of competition that he did on the more powerful machine and will apply that when the new season starts. Remember that he finished the previous season with 4-5 scores at the season finale and showed that he is a force to be reckoned with! Watch this space.

Simon Längenfelder was a revelation in his first term with the Red Bull GASGAS Factory Racing squad. '516' shocked the world at round one, as he raced to a dominant victory after winning the qualifying heat and both races, and then maintained that fine form in the events that followed and claimed third in the points quite comfortably. Now, armed with confidence and momentum, he is motivated to get on the gas and make a bid for the world title.

The Red Bull GASGAS Factory Racing squad will warm up for the 2023 FIM Motocross World Championship by competing in select pre-season events, such as the first round of the Internazionali d'Italia series this weekend. The Grand Prix season starts in Patagonia-Argentina on March 12.

Jorge Prado: "We have had a good off-season so far. We made some changes and I feel better prepared. I am really excited to go back racing in a month! I hope that I can be on the podium at every single round this year and get as many wins as possible. For sure, the main goal is to get the title. I think I am capable of doing that. It is already my fourth year fighting for it, so hopefully I can do the same this year."

Mattia Guadagnini: "I made a mid-season change of class last year, did some GPs in the premier class and gained some good experience. Now with more hours on the MC 450F and better preparation, I feel ready for my first full MXGP season. 2023 is about to start and I cannot wait!"

Simon Längenfelder: "I am super happy to start my second year together with the Red Bull GASGAS Factory Racing team, powered by De Carli. We showed some good improvements last year. There were some ups and downs, but we finished third in the MX2 championship standings. Now I cannot wait to see what 2023 brings."

Davide De Carli (Red Bull GASGAS Factory Racing Team Manager): "We have had great winter preparation with all three of our riders, who have been putting in the work on every type of ground that we are set to meet this season. We are also developing the bike and cannot wait to start the season! The team is exactly the same as last year – the riders are talented guys and I am really confident. The goal for this season is to be on the podium at every Grand Prix and to reach the main goal, the world title!"

Robert Jonas (Head of Motorsports, Off-Road): "I am so excited to see what our GASGAS trio can do when the 2023 FIM Motocross World Championship starts in a little over a month. Davide De Carli has done such a good job since stepping into the role of team manager, and I am certain that he will help his riders achieve their respective goals over the coming months."

Monster Energy Yamaha Factory MX2 & Hutten Metaal Yamaha Official EMX250 Showcase Bold New Look for 2023

The Monster Energy Yamaha Factory MX2 team is excited to reveal its new livery ahead of the 2023 FIM MX2 World Championship season. The YZ250FM, which will be raced by MX2 title favourites Jago Geerts and Thibault Benistant as well as Yamaha's hot young rookie Rick Elzinga has a sleek black and blue base with an aggressive twist featuring a splash of grey and the new Monster Energy claw logo.

The look, that will also be utilised by the Hutten Metaal Yamaha Official EMX250 and MJC Yamaha Official EMX125 teams in 2023, emulates the same bold and edgy design that will be used by the Monster Energy Yamaha Factory teams across the board in MotoGP, MXGP, Supercross and ProMotocross.

Sardinia was the place to be for Yamaha Factory MX2 and Hutten Metaal Yamaha Official EMX250 riders and team members during the month of January. The island in the Mediterranean Sea, located just off the coast of Italy, has long been a hub for elite motocrossers during the winter period, with each year seeing hundreds of riders flock to its sandy tracks.

During the teams’ time on the island, the riders dedicated two days to Yamaha Racing’s media production, where the official photography of the teams in 2023 livery was obtained.

And, while the rest of the world may be shivering in the cold, we're gearing up for a season of red hot, or shall we say 'blue hot' racing! Both teams are set to open their account at the first pre-season outing in Ponte e Egola, Italy, on February 12th
